Privacy policy

Draft — to be reviewed by a qualified attorney before launch. Contact address is a placeholder.
This policy explains what Farerly (“we”) collects when you use this website.
What we collect
- Searches: routes, dates, passenger counts and cabin, plus an anonymized (salted hash) network identifier used for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
- Traveler details: in the current demo phase, names, dates of birth, passport and contact details you enter are validated in memory and not stored. When booking launches, they will be shared with our flight-content provider (Duffel) and the airline only to issue your ticket.
- Partner links: if you click through to a partner, that partner's privacy policy applies to what you do on its site; the partner may set its own cookies to attribute the referral.
- Affiliate script: pages load the Travelpayouts “Drive” script (emrldco.com), which may set cookies and collect usage data to attribute partner referrals and add partner links/widgets.
- Server logs: standard technical logs (time, page, error) kept for security and kept short-term.
What we don't do
We do not sell personal information. We do not see or store payment card numbers.
Your choices
You can request access to or deletion of personal information we hold by emailing pulseandprosper2@gmail.com. Residents of certain U.S. states (for example California) and the EU/UK may have additional rights, which we will honor on request.
Children
Farerly is not directed to children under 13; minors' travel details must be entered by a parent or guardian.
