Farerly is a flight search website. It is currently operating in a demo/test mode: prices from Farerly search are test data, and no tickets can be purchased on Farerly.
2. Partner bookings
Some links and search forms, labeled “Book with our partners” or “Affiliate”, send you to third-party sites such as Aviasales or Kiwi.com. Farerly is not the seller, agent of record or merchant for partner bookings. Your booking, payment, ticket changes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the partner's and airline's terms. Farerly may receive a commission (see our affiliate disclosure).
3. Prices and availability
Prices, schedules and availability come from airlines and partners, change frequently, and are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed by the seller. Month-view prices are indicative only.
4. Acceptable use
No scraping, automated querying, or abuse of the search service. We may rate-limit or block traffic to protect the service.
5. Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farerly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts or omissions of airlines and partners.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
